Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes of the last meeting held on 16th May 2006 were accepted as a correct record.
Matters arising
There were no matters arising.
Correspondence
The secretary had received no correspondence.
Secretary’s report
The secretary gave his report which was accepted by the committee.
Treasurer’s report and presentation of the balance sheet
This was given and accepted. The treasurer proposed looking into the feasibility of reducing the Nat West reserve account.
The committee agreed the rates for committee members’ attendance at meetings. £50 per hour for outside meetings and £50 in total for LOC committee meetings.
